Set sail in 2002
In March 2002, Guangdong Baoxin law firm was founded. Adhering to the spirit of professional, efficient and honest service, Baoxin has been awarded the title of "advanced law firm" in Zhongshan since its establishment. It has been recognized and supported by government departments, state-owned enterprises and large-scale local private enterprises.
2003-2005
Committed to providing customers with high quality, high efficiency, all-round legal services is the pursuit of Baoxin. We know that as a professional service organization, deeper professional, broader cooperation and broader vision are the only way for development. At this stage, we continued to carry out internal training in law firms and set up laws and regulations to lay a solid foundation for accelerated development.
2006-2010
After years of accumulation, Baoxin has made many achievements. In order to provide better legal services, Baoxin has started to set up a professional lawyer service team from the perspective of ingenuity, becoming the first law firm in China to carry out team building, and to build a more effective and cooperative legal service team.
Forge ahead in 2011-2015
In 2015, Baoxin has established six professional departments: Civil and Commercial Litigation Department; finance and real estate affairs department; and company. The Department of securities affairs, the Department of foreign affairs, the Department of criminal procedure and the Department of intellectual property affairs have become a large-scale comprehensive law firm in Zhongshan, ranking among the top in the industry in terms of the size and business performance of the law firm.
Take off in 2016-2019
In 2018, Baoxin moved to the new CBD office site purchased by its partners. At the same time, Baoxin has made remarkable achievements in the fields of legal services such as government and public legal services, civil and commercial dispute resolution, financial real estate, merger and reorganization, state-owned enterprise reform, large-scale infrastructure BOT projects, criminal defense and other legal services, and won the title of excellent law firm of Guangdong Province in 2017. Based on the understanding of the era and the development trend of the lawyer industry, Baoxin began to build an integrated professional law firm.
