       In order to thoroughly summarize the work of our firm in the first half of the year, carefully listen to practicing lawyers’ suggestions on the development of the law firm, improve the sense of belonging and identification of practicing lawyers, and better promote the work of the second half of the year, on the afternoon of July 17, 2020, I worked at Hilton The hotel held the annual "Partners and Practicing Lawyers Joint Meeting and Mid-year Summary Meeting".


       This meeting was presided over by partner lawyer Wu Yujia. Attorney Wu first took everyone to summarize and review the major events of Baoxin in the first half of 2020. From the joyous and grand annual meeting to the outbreak of the epidemic, everyone worked together to help Hubei, and then the life and work order began to recover, and everyone began to rush again.     Wang Qi, director of the management committee of Guangdong Baoxin Law Firm and partner lawyer, summarized the business development and construction of our firm in the first half of the year, and analyzed the results and existing problems in the first half of the year. Attorney Wang Qi also put forward the development direction and goals of the law firm in the next three years determined by the partnership meeting, and put forward three different levels of recommendations for senior lawyers, young lawyers and trainee lawyers. Senior lawyers must break through the bottleneck, work hard in the subdivision field, and strive to become a representative leader in the regional subdivision field. Young lawyers must be like a sponge, know how to learn, absorb professional knowledge and practical experience, and like a sponge, know how to export, promote themselves through multiple channels, and build their professional image. Trainee lawyers must make a good career plan, understand what kind of lawyer they want to be, choose a good professional direction and work hard in this direction.
