At 19 o'clock on the evening of March 28, 2019, Guangdong Baoxin Law Firm held the second phase of the 2019 Baoxin Lecture Hall and the first general meeting of 2019. The meeting was chaired by Wu Yujia, the head of the Business Training Department of the Management Committee. The keynote speakers are Yin Kunyi, Wu Yujia, Yue Zhanchuan, and Yan Yilu. More than 40 lawyers and nearly 30 trainee lawyers, paralegals, and administrative assistants of the Credit Suisse attended the meeting.
1.Yue Zhanchuan and Yan Yilu demonstrate alpha operation
In 2019, our firm regulated the management year. To this end, our firm decided to combine the alpha management system to further strengthen the law firm's closing and approval process and conflict of interest process.
In order to familiarize all staff of the law firm with the operation method of the new system. Yue Zhanchuan's trainee lawyer and Yan Yilu's assistant demonstrated the operational notes of the new system in the whole process through on-site actual demonstration. Participants also raised their own problems in practical operation and discussed solutions together.
2. Attorney Yin Kunyi explained the requirements of documents for the standardization of format
The standardization and standardization of legal documents is one of the focal points of our firm's standardized management work. Therefore, Attorney Yin Kunyi gave a comprehensive introduction to the standardized document templates that I have introduced, and introduced the precautions for the use of various standardized documents one by one.
3.Lawyer Wu Yujia's lecture on "The Techniques and Applications of Legal Retrieval"
Legal search is the way to obtain legal information, which is also a critical stage. The completeness, accuracy, and validity of the data determine the success or failure of the case to a certain extent, and are related to the interests of the parties. Through his exploration and research on legal retrieval, Wu Yujia showed everyone a more convenient and accurate retrieval method. First, he introduced the case retrieval sequence through a series of cases. Then introduce the commonly used case retrieval database and share some tips. It also recommends the standard search website for us and introduces how to use it. Next, it describes the case retrieval method and makes a demonstration to help everyone understand. Finally, the screening of search results, the elements of case comparison, the records of case search, and how to make a search report were explained in detail, and the tips of search on legal consulting issues were introduced.
