In order to improve the analytical ability of the young lawyers before the court, the ability to control the procedures in the court trial helps the young lawyers to establish a correct understanding of the court trial and effectively improve the court skills. On March 30-31, 2019, the Training and Cooperation Center of the Chinese Society of Behavioral Law hosted a training course on the theme of “Civil and Commercial Litigation Lawyers Appearing in Court”. As a training base of the Chinese Behavioral Law Society, our institute conducted a live broadcast of this training. .
Teacher Wang Zhong served as the keynote speaker for this lecture. Teacher Wang Zhong is a doctor of law from Renmin University of China and a visiting professor at the Training and Cooperation Center of the Chinese Behavioral Law Society. He has been engaged in trial work for nearly 26 years. In 2015, he was awarded the first Beijing trial expert by Beijing High Court. Dr. Wang Zhong has superb business skills and outstanding trial performance. He has heard and studied more than 10,000 cases in the first line of civil and commercial trials, especially in the fields of property law, contract law, and evidence law.
In the two-day course, Mr. Wang Zhong explained the mistakes that lawyers in civil and commercial cases are prone to appearing in court and how to formulate them during the pre-trial preparation process by building knowledge systems, analyzing thinking patterns, and analyzing classic cases. Litigation strategy and knowledge points on how to understand the judge's trial thinking and the process of trial work, and through in-depth analysis of typical cases, analyze the key and difficult issues that lawyers often encounter in court trials.
In 2019, our institute cooperated with the Society of Behavioral Law to broadcast 12 training seminars of industry leaders, requiring lawyers and intern lawyers and paralegals under the second grade of our firm to punch in and participate. This is a part of our young lawyer training plan, which aims to improve the handling of young lawyers through high-intensity business training and learning, build a team of young lawyers with combat effectiveness, and further enhance the competitiveness of our talents.
