On May 24, 2019, Mr. Zhao Jiming, Secretary of the Party Branch of the firm, Director Wang Jinfu, Director Wang Qi, Partner Ling Huanbin, Huang Jiazhuo, Zhang Jicheng, Zheng Jingxia, and Management Committee member Peng Attorney Lei, administrative supervisor Xu Xiaofang and other 10 people went to Guangdong Zhuojian Law Firm to visit, communicate and study.

Secretary of the Party Branch of Zhuo Jian Institute Mu Yinli, Senior Partner of Zhuo Jian Institute, Lawyer Jin Zhenchao, Director of Financial Legal Affairs Department, Lawyer Yang Xinfa and Director of Administration Department Huang Liwei expressed warm welcome to our visit. Before the symposium began, Secretary Mu led our firm and his team to visit the office premises of Zhuo Jian Law Firm and experienced the strong cultural atmosphere of Zhuo Jian personally.

After the visit of the law firm, in the discussion, Director Huang Liwei first introduced the basic situation, development process and current status of the law firm. Immediately afterwards, it focused on introducing Zhuojian's three major cultures-"family culture", "learning culture" and "team culture". In addition, Supervisor Huang also introduced some of Zhuojian's excellent management experience, such as the introduction of excellent performance models and the implementation of the points assessment system.

Subsequently, the two representatives conducted exchanges around the construction of the party branch of the law firm, cultural construction, and professional construction, and conducted in-depth discussions on the management structure of the law firm, the cultivation of young lawyers, and the management of the administrative team.

This visit and exchange strengthened the exchange and interaction between the two institutes, which not only opened up the ideas developed by our institute, but also gained many practical experiences from it, which laid a good foundation for the next development of our institute.

After the symposium, representatives from both sides expressed the need to strengthen ties and share the development experience of the law firm.
