On May 25, 2019, Mr. Peng Lei, Director of the Criminal Legal Affairs Department of Guangdong Baoxin Law Firm, was invited by the Shenzhen Lawyers Association to conduct a lecture on "How to become a professional lawyer through knowledge management" for Shenzhen lawyers.
This lecture includes three parts: the original theory of knowledge management, the methodology of knowledge management, and the tool theory of knowledge management. Lawyer Peng Lei shared his experience and skills on how to do knowledge management and how to become a good lawyer through knowledge management from the above three aspects.

1. Lawyer Peng Lei expounded the meaning of the original theory of knowledge management, including the three levels of data management dimension, information management dimension and underlying regularity dimension, and emphasized the importance of innovative knowledge management concepts.
2. Next, Lawyer Peng Lei shared skills on knowledge management methodology. From the method of data management dimension, the method of information management dimension to the method of the underlying regular dimension, the method of knowledge management is described from shallow to deep and from point to face.
3. Subsequently, the tool theory of knowledge management was described, and a number of practical tools for knowledge management were introduced in detail.
