Personnel and employees gave lectures on "Identification, Prevention and Control of Criminal Legal Risks of Enterprise Personnel". This lecture will mainly explain five aspects of the new trend of criminal risk of employee crimes, the causes of employee crimes, common crimes in justice, how to prevent criminal risks, and how to deal with criminal risks.

First, Lawyer Chen Mian explained the company’s determination and great importance to combating internal employee job crimes through anti-commercial bribery measures of Huawei, Alibaba, Tencent, Meituan Takeout, Procter & Gamble and other well-known enterprises and cases involving employee crimes.
