On July 31, 2019, accompanied by the cool summer wind, an internship summary meeting was held in the party activity room of Guangdong Baoxin Law Firm. At the meeting, Huang Jiazhuo, a partner lawyer of our firm, Peng Lei, director of the criminal department, and Xu Xiaofang, director of the administrative department, attended the meeting. They shared their insights and experiences on the job for interns who worked hard for one month at Baoxin.
In his opening speech, Lawyer Peng Lei first congratulated all students on successfully completing this internship through a month of hard work. Immediately afterwards, Ms. Peng summed up five golden sentences as an internship message to all interns. Ms. Peng said that no matter what the future career development of the students, you need to keep in mind: "The key to talents now is to be active and enthusiastic. "Effective expression can do more with less", "Details determine success or failure", "Improve the comprehensive quality of oneself, lifelong learning", "Make a career plan and set goals for yourself".
Issuing the certificate
Mr. Huang first issued honorary certificates for internships to interns. Afterwards, Mr. Huang said in his speech that as newcomers in the workplace, especially interns, should be proactive and sunny, and enthusiastic people in the workplace are more likely to be favored by others. He also pointed out that he should dress appropriately in the workplace and face the parties while working in the law firm, leaving a good impression and helping to enhance his image.
Finally, Xu Xiaofang from the Administration and Personnel Department summarized. Supervisor Xu sighed with emotion, and the time passed by. Seeing the enthusiastic faces of the interns, it made her feel youthful. The interns are a fresh blood, which has brought more vitality to her work. Thank you for your hard work this month. I hope that the internships of the Baoxin Law Firm can take a step forward.
So far, the 2019 summer internship work of Baoxin has been successfully completed. It is hoped that all students can fully summarize and think about what they have learned, seen and realized during the internship, and strive to realize their ideals.
